Usage Regulations

• To maintain a safe and comfortable sports environment, consumers must observe the following: (1) No food, gum, betel nut, or alcoholic beverages inside. (2) Drinks and water must be placed and consumed in designated areas only. (3) Non-slip shoes or socks are required for entry.
• No food or drinks on the grid game mats. Please follow this rule and keep the area clean. You are liable for damage or injuries caused by non-compliance.
• Lockers are for storage only. Please take care of valuable items; the company is not responsible for loss.

Safety Precautions

• Physical activities carry potential risks of injury, even for trained individuals. Please assess your ability and prioritize safety. Report injuries immediately to staff for assistance.
• Do not carry hard or sharp objects (keys, jewelry, earrings, necklaces, etc.). Glasses wearers should be cautious of breakage risks.
• Entry is prohibited for: intoxicated individuals, pregnant women, those unable to care for themselves, or those with medical conditions unsuitable for physical activity (photosensitivity, osteoporosis, heart disease, epilepsy, asthma, etc.).
• Please warm up before playing and rest appropriately according to your physical fitness.

Other Regulations

• In addition to these regulations, please refer to on-site announcements and safety instructions from staff. Please assess your health before entering. Entry constitutes agreement to these regulations.
• Staff may stop, expel, or report to police (without refund) anyone who endangers themselves/others, damages facilities, or disrupts order.
